Yes, as the importer you pay them to customs; they are not in our price. We can advance them on request. With an Article 23 licence you shift import VAT to your VAT return, so you don't pay it up front.
Usually the commercial invoice, the packing list and the transport document (B/L, CMR or air waybill). For some countries or goods also proof of origin, such as an A.TR. from Türkiye, or a licence. We tell you exactly what is missing.
Yes. Every company that moves goods into or out of the EU needs an EORI number. If you don't have one yet, you apply for free with Dutch customs. We help you with it.
